The location was good and the staff was friendly

the hotel advertises an airport shuttle but they don't have it. They said they could hire a private driver to take us to the airport for $30. Unfortunately, it looks like false advertisement

Very good place for a few days in Lisbon

Good location, metro station right in front, also walking to downtown quite easy. Very good breakfast (included), multiple options. Fairly comfortable beds. Not a lot of space in the room, but that's not unusual in Europe. Overall, good value for money. All very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A budget friendly hotel at a great location

Location - Metro station (Alameda) is just next door, making it very convenient to get around. From airport, it is only 20 minutes away by Metro (red line). It also means that you get to hear the noise from the trains. That didn't bother me a bit after a while. Helpful front staff - We had checked out early in the morning ( 6am) but had to come back as our flight was delayed to late afternoon. Staff let us have back our room until the normal checkout time. Housekeeping - cleaned the room well.

Condition of room - the floor veneer was pealing off; Housekeeping - on one occasion, housekeeping forgot to replenish our coffee and water. When we call, they had already left for the day.

Great hotel for a short trip , brilliant location for centre and metro stop is right outside the hotel .

Friendly staff , location . Little touches like surround sound speakers and massage chair in the room . Room was lovely and warm .Fast lift

Pleasant stay

Very well-located with Alameda metro station situated right outside the hotel. This allowed for travel with two of the metro lines with one of them a direct train from the airport which was extremely convenient. The hotel is located far from the more tourist hotspots such as Rossio, but the metro will get you there just as it's few stops away! An average continental breakfast was served - mini pastel de natas were also served and which was the highlight of the breakfast. Room was satisfactory as well. The only downside was the lack of plugs - we were only able to use one plug which was inconveniently near the exit door far away from the desk and beds. Relatively clean with daily room service, and pleasant to sleep in. Staff were extremely friendly! Happy to stay again :)

Dated rooms, AC was not working and room was often stuffy, lack of charging sockets, cramped - but we get what we paid for!

Small hidden gem

The hotel is well situated. The rooms are cute and have nice decoration. The staff is lovely. They have amazing breakfast, that is now served on the roof top, so you get a good breakfast with a view.

Outside the rooms, the hotel needs a bit of renovations. the hallways and corridors do not match how nice the rooms are. It is nothing major, but if they are renovated, the hotel would be TOP AMAZING>

Massage chair in room

There was a massage chair in our room. The staff were very nice at check in. Cleaning lady was also lovely, when we didn’t want our room cleaned she made sure we were still good for towels and anything else she could provide.

Our only downside was when we went to the rooftop bar in the afternoon and ordered a drink, 20 mins later the waiter told us they didn’t have an ingredient for it so please choose another… after ordering another drink, we went to use our ‘free drink’ voucher to order the ginja licor and after 10 or so minutes he came back and said they don’t have that either /: - BUT the waiter was lovely through the whole thing and apologised for the wait (he explained he was new so we didn’t mind the wait to make the drink, just the lack of drink ingredients and having to wait just to be told to choose another)

Good location, polite staff, but the hotel in need of renovation

The staff in the hotel is very polite. The breakfast was very good with enough varieties of both hot and cold dishes, fruit, bread, pastries, juices etc. The location of the hotel is a bit outside of the city center, but very well connected to both airport and the historical part. The metro station is just outside the hotel, but we were using Uber mostly as it was cheapest and most convenient option for 4 persons. We paid Uber to airport around 8 euro, 5 euro to Belem and around 4 euro to Bairro Alto and Alfama. Long street where the hotel is situated leads straight down to the Rossio square and if you feel like walking, you can also do that (around 3km). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had a good sleep (when there was no noise from the doors outside). The nearest supermarket is approx. 10 min walking down the street.

We are family of 4 adults that stayed in the family room on 11th floor. The room size is tight for 4 adults and the whole space is more suited for a family with small kids - there were 2 cups, 2 glasses and 1 chair in the room. The room is situated next to the staircase that goes to rooftop bar and the doors on the way are very squeaky and loud that we would wake up if someone is using them. Also, the hotel is in the need of renovation. The bathtub is in a bad condition with cracks in the color and the door is not easy to close. The AC is very loud and not possible to shut down in the night.

Great Rooftop Bar!

LOVED the rooftop bar. The Sangria was fabulous. The view was great. The bed was very comfortable.

There were not many good restaurants in the vicinity.

Right next to metro basic with all l needed the view rooftop lookout and outlook from room over the park breakfast set me for the day easy to get to airport on metro yeah

I didn't partially paying for a night l wasn't there heaven knows how booking . Com can be reached anyhow all to late get your dates right or suffer !

Had a enjoyable 2 night stay before leaving Lisbon.

Stunning roof top bar was amazing. Very close to the metro and to the airport. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Pleasant stay on lively Lisbon

The hotel is clean and the breakfast area at the top is really nice. Comfortable rooms although on the small side. Location is brilliant near to main Metro and bus lines plus easy for UBER to find.

I cannot fault the hotel on anything although I would have preferred our rooms to be close to each other rather than on different floors. But this did not imapct our stay too much.
